This is a dynamic contract admin role working across both Pre/site & On/site construction.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the building manager
- Reporting and preparing reports & making presentations
- On/site administration which includes liaising with supervisors, helping mange the project management software
- Pre/site duties including permits and working with clients on variations
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector
- Experience in obtaining building permits and other permits/documents
- Professional stakeholder management skills and experience
- Enjoy a face-paced environment
- Presentable and effective communicator
- Willingness to learn and develop
