In this role you will manage the maintenance and warranty team and directly report into the Building Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor team
- Manage all inspection bookings and admin tasks as well as maintenance and warranty appointments for supervisors
- Attend site inspections
- Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defecting rectification standards.
- Liaise with major clients regarding maintenance requirements for homes currently within the maintenance and warranty period when necessary.
- Previous experience in a similar role or from a volume background
- Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required
