With HQ based in Richmond, the company employs 100+ staff and delivers outstanding projects for their clients. They have a well structured team who are professional, respectful and very good at what they do. The opportunity has recently arisen to appoint their National HSEQ manager to oversee their portfolio of 15-20 projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
As the HSEQ manager you will be responsible for the way the sites manage their safety. On average you will attend 5 sites/week. The role centres around helping site teams and providing assistance with anything that will improve the HSEQ of the company.
Your Background:
To be considered for the role, you will have:
- 2+ years in a HSEQ manager role
- An understanding of commercial construction
- Be able to build rapport with site teams and other stakeholders
- Buy in to the company culture and drive safety standards across the business
