Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team in a newly created permanent role. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, this position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects within our Capital Works division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including consultant appointment, tendering, and construction oversight.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, managing complex relationships and expectations.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating autonomy when required.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in construction project management, Quantity Surveying, engineering, or architecture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in complex stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within the built environment.
- Experience in tertiary education sector projects preferred but not essential.
- Experience in delivering capital upgrade projects desirable
