In the role you will be involved in managing sites across major loss insurance projects across both commercial and residential sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of major building and construction projects
- Oversee all aspects of planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to complete projects to a high standard
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations
Your Background
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Trade background with a preference in carpentry
- Previous experience in a similar role OR relevant experience
