About the company & Culture

My client regarded boutique builder who have been operating for 10+ years, they are known for delivering high end homes apartment refurbishments along with commercial projects. 

The role entails you to work from Site to Site on Class 2 Buildings, extending Units, Joinery Work, Cladding, New Build Luxury Residential. The role will be split between been on the tools and taking on more supervisory works managing trades, safety and program. 

The ideal candidate is a trade qualified carpenter, leading hand or residential foreman looking to take the next step in their career. 

The business has a strong work culture, excellent reputation and are known for paying sub contractors on time consistently 

About the role:
-
Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes on a high end project
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background:

Experience with site managing high end apartments or homes.
- 5 years as a Carpenter/foreman
-  Carpentry trade qualified Cert III and must have Cert IV Builders Licence
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
