This role will see you report into and work alongside a Development Manager & the wider development team. As an ADM, you will be exposed to the full development lifecycle on multiple mixed use and residential developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end to end development process including but not limited to due diligence, negotiations, authority requirements, feasibilities, town planning, sales and marketing and construction
- Preparing budgets and feasibility studies for assigned projects
- Assist in the Tender process for appointment of consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Management and coordination of stakeholders and consultants across finance, planning, design, sales, marketing, and construction
- Assist Development Managers in all aspects related to assigned projects About you
- Strong business acumen and a passion for Property
- Advanced knowledge of the property development industry
- 2-4 years' experience in development, construction or project management
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Degree qualified in a relevant field
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive and hungry attitude to succeed
- Manage landmark development projects across Australia
