Our client is a leading private developer who have a proven track record in Victoria across mixed-use development comprising residential, commercial and retail asset classes. Due to continued growth in their pipeline, they are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Development Manager.
The Role
Working as part of a close-knit development team, your role will focus on retail and commercial development opportunities including shopping centres, office and QSR. Working under the leadership of a Development Director and Development Manager, you will gain broad exposure across the development lifecycle - planning, design, leasing, tender, construction.
About You
This role will suit candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in architecture, construction or property
- Minimum 2 years industry experience working in architecture, development or project management.
- Must have experience in retail or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of development lifecycle
- Exposure to commercial or retail leasing will be highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
