Project Manager
The Site Manager is responsible for managing the onsite delivery of a new $40M Commercial builder which includes a partial demo of an existing building and a two storey new build along with car park and associated civil works.
About You
Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of projects over $40m.
- Will have proven experience completing multiple projects start to completion in the Tier 2 or 3 space in Australia
- 5+ years professional experience working in a Site Manager role on technical projects.
- Exposure to delivering projects including pre cast or structural steel preferred.
- High attention to detail, strong with safety, reporting & programming.
- Have a positive can do attitude and be a team player.
