Our client is a well-known private developer who have an enviable track record in the mixed-use residential sector having completed a number of award winning developments. Due to continued growth in their pipeline, they are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Development Manager.
The Role
Working as part of a close-knit development team, you will under the leadership of a Development Director and Senior Development Manager, gaining exposure across the full development lifecycle. Working on across medium density apartment and townhouse developments, you will be involved in front-end design, town planning, sales & marketing and construction delivery.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proven exposure to medium density residential development
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development, architecture, planning, project management or real estate.
- Experience working for a developer will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with a close-knit team.
