Our client is an award-winning private development group who have been in operation for 20+ years and have a healthy pipeline of design lead residential developments. With a number of developments in or nearing construction, this group are currently seeking an Assistant Development Manager with a strong background in project delivery.
The Role
Working closely with a Senior Development Manager, this role will initially focus on the delivery phase of a mixed-use retail, commercial and apartment development. You will utilise your strong understanding of project delivery to ensure the development is successfully completed in accordance with time, cost and quality milestones. You will also be given the opportunity to broaden your skillset and gain exposure across the full development lifecycle on boutique, high-end residential developments.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience working in development, construction or project management.
- Experience in the delivery of apartment or commercial developments
- Strong understanding of construction delivery
- Tertiary qualifications are non-negotiable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commercial acumen.
