Our client is a leading private Melbourne developer with an envious development pipeline across high end apartments, BTR, hotel  and mixed use.

As an Assistant Development Manager, you will be supporting the wider team on the overall operation and successful management of landmark major developments.  This encompasses all facets of a project, including but not limited to residential, hotels, communal spaces, retail, F&B offerings and more.

You will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from briefing consultants, managing agreements, and tracking variations to ensuring proper documentation. Your role includes attending sales and marketing events, updating marketing materials, and managing purchaser information and contracts.  You will prepare project programs, manage documentation, track funding conditions, and coordinate demolition and authority submissions.

Additionally, you will assist in town planning, monitor compliance,
review discrepancies, manage information flow, and handle the defect process and settlement tasks.

About you: 

  • Tertiary qualified - Ideally in a property related discipline but not essential
  • Experience in Property Sales/Marketing campaigns is ideal
  • 2+ years within the Development industry will be highly regarded
  • A real passion and drive to excel
  • Willingness to learn from the wider team
  • A desire to take initiative with a strong sense of determination
  • You will require a thrive to learn and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
