They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join in this fixed term role, reporting directly to the Associate Director of the clients Capital program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, managing complex relationships and expectations.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including consultant appointment, tendering, and construction oversight.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating autonomy when required.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in construction project management - ideally with client side experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in complex stakeholder management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within the built environment.
- Experience in tertiary education sector projects preferred but not essential.
- Experience working on PPP (Public Private Partnership), education/ lab projects would be preferred but not neccessary.
