- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for lodging progress claims
- Ideally have 3 to 6 years experience with a commercial builder
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude
- Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
- $120k-$150k package
