Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design phase of large commercial projects.
- Coordinate all design activities, ensuring that the architectural, structural, services, and interior design elements are in alignment with the project’s objectives, budget, and timelines.
- Primary point of contact between the design team and the client, managing expectations and addressing any design-related concerns or changes.
- Collaborate with the construction team to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising design integrity.

Your Background:
- 5-10+ years in a design related role.
- Ideally experience with a tier 2 commercial/residential builder
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Pro active problem solving attitude and excellent leadership skills
