In this role you will take account of the maintenance and warranty upkeep of homes throughout northern and western area
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and schedule to make sure maintenance is completed as quickly as possible.
- Manage defects on houses just built for the first 3 months
- Manage warranty issues that within the warranty period
- Refer to Victorian Standards and Tolerances and BCA's for defecting rectification standards.
- Liaise with major clients regarding warranty requirements for projects within the service & warranty periods when necessary.
- Check & review maintenance and warranty reports.
- Previous experience in a similar role OR relevant experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
