The role:
- Coordinate, manage and monitor all elements of the building sites under your control
- Manage technical, operational and contractual issues, ensuring cost control measures are implemented across jobs
- Regular communication and liaison with a variety of clients and user groups
- Source contractors and suppliers, raising purchase orders as required
- Undertake quality and OH&S checks regularly
- Trade background (Carpentry)
- Experience working in supervision or project management in commercial or residential space
- Experience with detailed scheduling, estimating and job coordination
- Great interpersonal, communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the building code and OH&S regulations
