Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of a new $40M Commercial builder which includes a partial demo of an existing building and a two storey new build along with car park and associated civil works. Working closely with a close knit and highly resourced team you will mentor and drive the project successfully.
About You
Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of projects over $40m.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering.
- Will have proven experience completing multiple projects start to completion in the Tier 2 or 3 space in Australia
- 7+ years professional experience working in a Project Manager role on technical projects.
- Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded.
- High attention to detail, strong with project governance, reporting & programming.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a positive can do attitude and be a team player.
