Our client is a high profile Property Developer who have an enviable pipeline of developments across Australia. This group are currently developing one of Melbourne's most iconic mixed-use projects combined with wellness brands and are currently seeking a Project Manager from a construction or consultancy background to join their in-house delivery team.
The Role
Working in collaboration with the Development Team you will focus on the post-planning management of the development, taking it through detail design, tender and managing the builder throughout construction delivery. Your initial project will be delivering the brands new luxury wellness retreats across Melbournes inner suburbs.
About You
Successful candidates for this role will have a successful track record in the delivery of built form construction projects in Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane. It is anticipated you will have the following background:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a Project Management capacity for a Builder, Consultancy or Developer.
- Proven track record delivering Commercial, Retail or Residential projects
- Exposure to complex, design focused developments will be highly regarded
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
