This group are a well known Tier 1 new build commercial builder, that has been in operation for over 30 years. They predominately deliver commercial office, apartment/BTR and retail projects up to $400 mil. They have a $250 mil mixed use commercial/apartment project starting in February next year and need a Project Manager to deliver the project.
About the Role
Reporting to a Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing two projects and be responsible for the following
- Management of construction program.
- Management of client and PCG meetings.
- Prepare monthly financial cost reports to the Directors.
- Design Management and consultant management.
- Management of project team consisting of site staff and contract administrator's.
You will ideally have delivered a new build commercial/apartment project as a Project Manager. You must have strong written and communication skills and be able to manage a large construction delivery team.
