About the role:
- Manage the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background:
- Experience with site managing commercial projects, ideally $10m +
- 5-10 + years in the industry
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
 
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- $180k - $200k package
- Support from office with CA's etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance
