About the Group
This builder are well known for delivering school, defence and council projects up to $20 mil. They are a national builder, that has been in operation for over 10 years and have strong relationships with government groups. They have just won a $10 mil new build government project and need a Site Manager to deliver the project. 

About the Role 
Reporting to a Project Manager you will supervise all onsite construction activity. You will ensure the construction program is being met, manage OH&S and QA and work closely with the Project Manager to resolve any technical construction/design issues. 

About You
To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked on commercial or apartment new build projects. You must have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with sub-contractors and be able to drive a construction program.
