About the Group
This builder are well known for delivering school, age care, council, new build commercial office and industrial projects up to $20 mil. They turnover $80 mil per year and partner with established development and government groups. They have been awarded a $5 mil commercial new build project in the Eastern Suburbs and need a Site Manager. 

About the Role 
Reporting to a Project Manager you will supervise all onsite construction activity. You will ensure the construction program is being met, manage OH&S and QA and work closely with the Project Manager to resolve any technical construction/design issues. 

About You
To be considered for this role you will ideally have worked on commercial or apartment new build projects. You must have strong communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with sub-contractors and be able to drive a construction program.
